Instructions for use (details can be found in the instruction manual included with the product):

1. Sterilization: Wash the container and lid thoroughly with boiling water for more than 1 minute to sterilize them.

2. How to prepare the milk: Place the ingredients in the container according to the following ratio:

Method 1: Cold fresh milk + 5% plain cold yogurt.

Method 2: UHT milk + 5% plain frozen yogurt

Method 3: Milk powder + 5% plain cold yogurt

3. Fermentation: Once the ingredients are mixed, place them inside the fermentation vessel and close the lid. Turn on the power button and the fermentation process begins. You can control the fermentation time yourself. The fermentation time is approximately 8-12 hours. The finished yogurt will thicken and look like “tofu”. The longer the fermentation time, the more lactic acid will be produced.

Note: To shorten the fermentation time and ensure more even heat distribution, you can add a little boiling water to the fermentation container to make the yogurt smoother and more even.
